earth serpent
on a very warm and sunny day in the berkeley hills, noah and i brainstormed various land art creations, eventually deciding on a serpentine-like form of eucalyptus bark emerging from out of a trap door in the earth. another way of looking at the form, is the earth opening its mouth and a giant tongue or tentacle twisting out.

this is so fascinating
Oh that is wicked! I would love to see this type of work in a museum.
